CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness to all clients and to minimize cancellation fees, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment adjustments. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services. A no-show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service fee.
